Ron: …how it impacts collaboration and camaraderie, how it kind of goes against the whole diversity of thought and inclusion piece. The impact on creativity, the impact on an organization's ability to be nimble and respond quickly like we all had to do the last couple of years, the impact on an organization's reputation and brand, and then lastly, our ability to retain and recruit and attract people to our organization.
Marissa: So, you're saying that the cancel culture – or the shutting down of people's perspective that are different than yours – it inhibits a psychologically safe culture?
Ron: Exactly. That's very well put.
Marissa: And it inhibits diversity of thought, conversation, creativity, innovation, because we're ending up in a very limiting space where we're only hearing our own voices?
Ron: Yeah. It promotes groupthink.
