“When people went remote, we did so much to support them. We gave them technology, we figured out remote engagement, mental health and wellness. And now that we’re going back to the office, it’s another change. It’s a change to people’s lifestyle. It’s a change to their family situation and childcare. It’s a change to people not interacting in-person for years. There are just so many changes right now, and it affects a person’s entire well-being. So we should be talking about, since companies are making people come back, what are we doing to actually support that and make it successful? Because we did so much to support the remote element of this.”
