PROGRAM OVERVIEW

LeadershipSOPs Legacy is comprised of six 8-hr in-person sessions and four one-on-one coaching sessions. The program is bookended by preliminary assessments and a final graduation program. The total track takes approximately 8 months to complete from start to finish, with ongoing coaching support offered throughout.

SESSION 1:
Launching Your Legacy

  • Create a personal definition of leadership

  • Increase self-knowledge and self-awareness to drive leadership effectiveness

  • Assess existing standard operating procedures and plan for building new LeadershipSOPs


SESSION 2:
SCOPE-ing Your Work

  • Understand the importance of maintaining alignment between organizational, departmental and team SCOPEs

  • Grasp the strategic impact and implication of structuring both the team and the work

  • Recognize how to align structure with strategy to increase productivity and effectiveness


SESSION 3:
Mobilizing Your Strategy

  • Analyze how to incorporate an integrated planning process into recurring operating systems

  • Understand best practices associated with strategic planning through SCOPE

  • Utilize the accountability and stakeholder engagement models to better engage your community of effort


SESSION 4:
Transforming Your People

  • Practice the Transformation Model for coaching individuals to elevate their performance and potential

  • Actively plan and deliver effective feedback and tough conversations with confidence

  • Explore development planning as a method to drive your leadership legacy


SESSION 5:
Transforming Your Team

  • Understand the importance of developing high performing teams

  • Explore a framework for group development to effectively coach teams

  • Apply the Transformation Model to assess and develop teams


SESSION 6:
Transforming Your Organization

  • Understand the normal psycho-social impacts of change and how to coach through them

  • Establish LeadershipSOPs for leading enterprise-level change

  • Translate program learnings into action for sustained growth to increase organizational impact


GRADUATION

  • Capstone Project presentations in front of executives and/or board members

CAPSTONE PROJECTS

Capstone projects are key strategic initiatives that your organization’s leaders will work on cross-functionally to solve a current business problem or challenge.

This can include breaking down silos, exploring a new product strategy, decreasing inefficiencies, etc. Working in small groups, leaders propose their solution to a business problem to Executives and/or Board Members, who then decide whether or not to implement the solution, parts of the solution, or hold on addressing the initiative. Your Leaderology project team will help you and your organization’s C-level executives SCOPE and define these high value projects.
